25 weeks pregnant and sick, should I go to the emergency room?

I am 25 weeks pregnant and for the past 2 days I have been ill. Yesterday, I went to my family doctor because I have a severe cough and chest congestion, which I thought was the beginning of a respiratory infection. She didn't seem too concerned and she told me it looked like the start of bronchitis but the infection was still in my sinuses. She gave me a prescription of amoxicilin. When I was at the appointment, the only symptom I had was the coughing and congestion. I went home and took a nap and when I woke up I had a sore throat, wheezing, ear ache, and a fever of 101, which I did not have when I went to the doctor. I have had a persistent fever ever since along with chills and sweating. I was also up during the night vomiting. I am having difficulty eating because when I do I feel like I am going to vomit. I also have gestational diabetes so it is important that I eat 6 times a day from my meal plan, but I have not been able to do so. Do you think I should go to the emergency room or should I just rest and wait it out? I am extremely concerned with the baby's health but I am trying not to panic.
