No fever but my head feels hot?

for a week now ive had bronchitis and phlarengitis and i think the phlarengitis is gone now because my thruoght isnt swollen and hurting anymore, and my fever reads between, 98.5 and 99.5 every day, im not done taking my anti-biotics, but im continueing to take them, my head feels hot but i have no temperature why is that
