Will it snow in the UK?

Remember years ago when we'd get that beautiful crispy snow? hmmmm! School would be cancelled, people couldn't drive their cars, you'd step in brown snow... oh the memories! Is it forecast to snow this winter? im gagging for sum of the white stuff!
