Is this Bad?? Or is it just Him?

Well theres this Guy Named Grant. Ive been likeing him for about a year now. And i once told him i liked him but he said no thank you. But i never gave up on him. I still stayed there like a dumby. hahah anways i dated this guy and i Dont think Grant ever found out but if he did he started the chase a little more. But hes not allowed to date till Next year. He walks me to some of the cles we have together We have most of the day together. well We have only texted Once and i asked him for his number a LONG time ago and he gave it to me. He stares at me. like gazes at me he helps me on anything. he "kinda" blushes at me when i talk to him. and he hangs out with my friends i belive to either see how i react or just to be around me more. Hes kinda shy. Not Alot. Anyways i belive he likes me. The only day we EVER texted was the day of the Superbowl.?. i guess. And we texted ALL day. hes never complimented me. Anyways people say hes not much of a Texter. But he never responds to me. when i txt him. is thisbad?
