Painful spot in my throat, I got the nasal swine flu vaccine on Thursday around 8:30 a.m.?

Just as the question says. There's this painful little lump in my throat, it feels like food is stuck there, but thats not it. I got this the night after I got the swine flu vaccination. It kind of feels like a sore throat, but kind of... not. What is this, how do I get rid of it? Did you have it?
