What apple can I use in place of a cortland apple?

I live in Florida, and can not get a Cortland apple. If I am baking an apple pie, what apple would I use in place of a cortland apple? I usually use Granny smith apples, but i need another to go along with it. A nice tart red apple That retains it's shape while cooking.
