Removing moisture in ethanol gasoline?

Has anyone found a better way to remove moisture from a car's fuel system when using gasoline with ethanol, than adding products to the fuel tank like fuel injector cleaners? Is there anything on the market that you can add to the fuel tank that specifically addresses this problem? I'm in the Orlando, Fl. area.
