When will this evil waste of children's lives end?

the problem starts in the home and is resolved by the parents.what i mean by that is if you know your son is bashing peoples skull in at school than bust his ***.don't be afraid of discipline.your a parent and that's your job.if your kids go on unwatched and undisciplined than other kids pay for it.wake up everybody
