Why is the right afraid of government-rationed health care, but fine with insurance companies doing it?

They care more about their donors and their pocketbooks than about fixing the health care system. No kidding, I have a relative who spend two days in a row on the phone trying to get an insurance company to cover a procedure, but they say they don't want anyone coming between them and their doctor.
