Poetry Metaphors?!??!!?

spring is like a painter with a fresh canvas a new pants, starting a new painting, as a new spring starts with vibrant colors. well that's my idea. sometimes you just have to try and work with words and use them in new ways you haven't before to make your 'deep' poem work. once you get a good flow the poem will write its self.
