Heck no! Thats not bad my question is are u in good shape like toned and stuff. Im a year younger and i weight 110 and im 5'4 but im on the swim team i eat like a pig and yet im still loosing weight. So if u exercise alot than yeah ur perfect. Oh and i wouldnt suggest soy milk becasue it was proven to have female hormones so yah just a heads up. BTW im lactose intolerant. Try rice milk
