Yes, it is a simple paradox of omnipotence. Here is another one: If God has infinite power (the deifinition of omnipotence) then we have, compared to him, no power (x/infinity = 0 for any -infinity < x < infinity), therefore we have no free-will, therefore God cannot create free-will.
