I think a lot of your pain probably has to do with inflammation issues from the process and what your body went through. I would take it easy for a few days, moderate easily digested NON-SEEDED foods (thats CRAZY that he doesnt think it makes a difference...) and give it about a week. You've went through a lot. Ide even stay away from raw veggies for awhile as even those, when chewed into tiny bits, can get cught in the tiny pits and sacks
